To join you must:
1. Be scuba certified (Open Water or above)
2. Have a current valid passport
3. Join Power Scuba San Diego on Meetup (free and easy)
4. Sign up and pay on Zeffy using the link in the meetup event. Be sure to remove the 15% default donation they include. Donate if you want, but don't donate 15% on accident just because they have it as the default.
