This is with Waterhorse Charters. These sites are good, and the price is great. I'm surprised there are any spots left.
To join you must:
1. Be scuba certified with Advanced open water or better.
2. Join Power Scuba on meetup (free and easy).
3. Sign up and pay through Zeffy (the link is in the meetup event). Beware the 15% donation Zeffy adds by default. You can change it to 0 if you want.
