Just wanted to give a shoutout to Hollis Customer service. Yall are doing an awesome job. I had a problem with my DG05 and Brian was able to fix and turn it around in ONE day. I also had a couple questions on the LED25 (kickass light) and got switched to Nick himself. There are some companies out there that require you to be part of a shop or a pro to talk to the technical department which is a total PITA. Thanks Hollis for not following those companies.
Yes I know I've complained about some Hollis products on here (DG03) but all of there other products are great and with the kind of customer service I just had, I will keep coming back to Hollis for more gear.
