Hi all, I have a quick question to run by you. If I were scuba diving the Jetty off Florence ( or Newport) would it be legal for me to tie a cannonball sinker to a bait box and fill it full of bait, tie it to a float, and drop it. I would then dive for a while chasing Dungies around and I would come back later in the day and see if there is any crab and "harvest" them if there is any there. My question is, is this legal? I can't find much when it comes to shellfishing and scuba diving.
