Has anyone had gone to Honda Bay? Is it good?
How is it compared to Cebu or Moalboal area?

Are you talking about the one outside Puerto Princesa?
Did few dives there well over 15yrs ago. My log book does not indicate anything interesting!
I wonder if Norman Songo still running Island Divers in Puerto Princesa?
 
I will decide to dive in Cebu or Puerto Princesa.
But I had dived in Cebu a few years ago.
Is it worth to go to Puerto Princesa once?

I will stay in Cooper beach dive resort in Honda Bay.
