IDI got bought by XSScuba, so IDI Turtles are now XSScuba Turtles.
I recently acquired a pair of Turtles that are neither IDI nor XSScuba. They are Japanese made and have word Imperial embossed on top of the foot pocket.

Anyone ever seen those?
They look very similar to IDIs, but I do not have a pair of IDIs to compare closely.
So, how similar are they?

Well they look just like my XS Scuba Turtles other than the word Imperial. . .Perhaps just marketing in Japan?

I compared measurements of these fins with ones you provided in that table (very useful).

Size of the foot pocket seems to be the same as your Turtles, but the blade is an inch or so shorter and a little narrower.

These fins actually say “Made in Japan”, so it is not just marketing, they also come with plastic inserts, which potentially can be used with thin wetsuit booties. Not that I want to dive a fin that stiff and heavy while in light warm-water gear.

Yesterday I got my new RockBoots Size 10, and they fit in these fin very comfortably and securely, thanks in part to flexibility of the fins’ foot pockets.

Next stop is Springs Straps and then DrySuit class.
