If you are referring to the HUD mask by Oceanic (http:/www.oceanicworldwide.com/
p_computers_iddm.html), it's not available for sale yet. A similar product by Cochran was announced and shown at (I think) DEMA a few years back but never made it to retail.
Cons would probably be cost and the fact that if for any reason you had to switch to your spare mask, you'll lose your dive computer too!
