None of the above. I don't go because I can't donate blood for a year after a trip there.
 
By far the scariest thing for me is meeting with the Aduano/Customs man to pay the impuesto/duty for my shipment.

For the last 3 months I have planned my trip. But that was before I realized my yellow fins and snorkel would lead to my almost certain death! To think, without the internet I would never have known!!!!
