What El Orans didn't mention is that if you click on the word "COZUMEL" on the link that he attached, it will take you to the sub-forum that is dedicated to Cozumel.
The first two threads on that page are "Stickys". Kind of like online Post-it Notes (copyright). The stickys are specifically about restaurant recommendations in Cozumel. Those stickys were created because so many people wanted to know the same thing that you are asking. The stickys are a quick and easy way for people to see what a LOT of other folks have contributed. If you look through those 2 stickys you will know a lot about the recommendations, and hopefully you will be able to find some choices that meet / fit your needs.
The rest of the Cozumel sub-forum can be used as a reference about dive shops and dive operators and where to stay, trip reports, etc etc etc. If you have specific questions, you can use the Search function and (I think) you can limit the search to specific sub-forums. If you still have any more questions after that, then you can post those questions in the Cozumel sub-forum and you will get lots of answers!
