Edge and Divers Supply

I was on the EDGE web site and noticed that the contact address is the same as the one for Diver's Supply in GA. Are both companys owned by the same people, or are they just in the same area? I'm not realy concerned with it ( I love EDGE gear, and order from Diver's Supply) I am just curious.
