hay does aybody have a god idea for a scuba caryal.
I saw a product by california dive company, however, it was almost too small.
I am currently using a contigo gang box and a dolly.
p.s.: I'm new to the site.

Welcome to the board Ron.

I, as well as others here, are using the Stanley tool box on wheels. It is a good sized heavy plastic tool box on wheels. I got mine at Lowes but I also know that Home Depot and Menards also carry them. I think it was around $45.
Everything but the tank goes inside and the tank is strapped to the top. Works great for quarry dives but I don't know about the beach.

Welcome to the site Ron. As for a caryall, what are you looking to get out of it. Is this for local dives, travelling, how much gear you planning to stow?

Locally I use a big plastic bin, and for travel I will be using this that was recommended here on this site, http://www.sportsmansguide.com/cb/cb.asp?a=162047

Welcome to ScubaBoard!!!
Though I know you didn't intend it, the responses brought me a smile.
Thanks.
