Expressing Myself

I know it's not the right place for this but I just want to express my self about this old issue about SMART COMMUNICATIONS. Why are they keep on stealing loads from their subscribers? I went to my friend in the the province away from loading station to borrow his scuba board. I know I have loaded my phone but when I text from friend to confirm where their house is located I got a reply from the operator saying I don't have enough load to complete a transaction. Smart steals all my available balance. What the f!
