Dive Organizer software update and lost info

Hi all I recently did an update to dive organizer in anticipation of updating the firmware on my Icon HD NR. Unfortunately all my past dives and profile for Dive organizer is now gone. Any body else experience this, and if so how did you correct it? It has never happened before on any other Dive Organizer update.

A ticket was opened, but something gets lost in the translation of the response.

I updated to DO 1.6 (from within the version I was running) and had no problem. Didn't lose a thing. How did you do the update?

I downloaded it from the Mares website and installed it that way. I let it uninstall the old version. Perhaps I should have done it your way!
