It may be called that, but it looks like a common name Coral Grouper. Cephalopholis miniata They have vertical banding and the brilliant blue spots.
It is a beautiful picture and fish. Cheers

Cephalopholis miniatus. Juveniles are (unfortunately) frequently seen in the aquarium trade, and are usually called simply 'Miniatus'.

The similar appearing but less vivid Tiger Grouper (Mycteroperca tigris) of the Western Atlantic gets much larger and is found from the Caribbean up the East Coast of the US at least to the Carolinas.
