Installing the USB Upload Lead Driver on Vista 64

Got sick of wating for Oceanic to issue a new Vista 64 bit USB driver for the Upload lead.

I have managed to get one working.

It works for me. I have Vista 64 (amd dual processor)

If any one wants to give it a try, I have done some instructions.

There is no need to use this now Oceanic have relesed new drivers.
