Lose of anouther diver diving beyond thier limits

First let me preface this with saying; This is so sad, my heartfelt condolences go to the family.

I just don't get why ppl read the posts, hear the stories, yet think 'It will never happen to me'. I wish there was a way to ingrain in ppl the seriousness of diving with your limits!
