Disaster drill on the Ruby E. November 9th / 10th

The message below is from the SD Lifeguards:


> Could you please inform the list that the San Diego Lifeguards will
> be conducting a sea disaster drill. It will simulate the sinking
> of a larger party boat. The drill will be at the Ruby E and be
> conducted November 9th and 10th. We are currently putting search
> lines and dummies in and around the wreck. Please do not disturb
> them.
