More accurately, the Trimix capability, OC Tec mode, and CC/BO mode.
OC Tec -- with the constraint of no Trimix -- and 3-gas Nx are effectively the same to me. Who carries more than 3 gases unless they're doing Trimix? Nonetheless, nice catch on the CC/BO. You're right, it does lack the (full) "tec features" and only has the "light tec" features (Shearwater's characterization).

Looks like they gave up on the fake display sticker that the Teric came with.
 
Any updates if it has a different battery than Teric?
I've queried DiveTronix. they are checking.
