Sure...ask the owner if its ok first...if it is a public dock or ramp you can be fined for trespassing depending on the laws of local municipality...

Today I went out for my first dive of the season in Long Island. About 40 feet out from my entry point on shore and in about 11 feet of water I found a key board. A few feet farther out a found a set of speakers and then and entire CPU with all the cables and even the Circuit Breaker still plugged in. I think that this may have been stolen from someone's home and then junked a into the bay a short time later.

A couple of weeks back a freind and I were making a pass dive and my freind found an original Han Solo Star Wars figure.. Complete with his vest and gun belt......He even had a barnacal attached to his head........

peices of belts
large hunks of coal
a old deep sea fishing rod

i was doing a car recovery in florida one time it was a sink hole and fount 2 other cars in them one with a bodu in it now thats something you want to bring up slow and does it ever stink i have also seen motorcycles and lots of soda cans theres alot of garbage out there
