when your kitchen table is covered in dive gear and you've taken to eating over the sink, and you see no problem whatsoever in this arrangment.

When you've seriously considered having your paychecks directly deposited into the LDS' account just to make transactions simpler...
 
When you start helping other customers at your dive shop to find the right gear/sizes as if you work there - because you know where everything is and what sizes are in stock because you've spent so much time there ogling the inventory.
 
when you use the "buddy up" hand signal with your 3 and 5 year kids to get them to stick together or with you...

I went on a 8 night cruise and the only pics that were not underwater were on the dive boat on the way out to the dive site....
 
just noticed something If you have near you right now one of the following. something with a red/white or alpha dive flag on it, a picture, statue or anything with a diver on it, fish, or dive gear. Looking around my desk....got em all.
 
...when you categorize your friends by whether or not they dive, not just SO's.

My computer's address book has a SCUBA category: people who actually dive, not "oh yeah I went diving once..."
