Are those pike blennies? I don't think pipefish have the dorsal fin like that. Though I am known to be wrong...

I think you are correct, those are pike blennies... and sportxlh gave a good description for you of decorator crab

Pipefish
generally have a snout that will remind you of seahorse and smaller dorsal fin somewhere down their back

Pike Blenny
In most cases (not all) have a snout that will remind you of an alligator and dorsal fin that begins just beyond their head...

We did have the usual cast of characters with a little twist in some cases:

KBeck spotted this momma and baby:

Look at how small that baby is! That is sea cucumber excrement next to him

Momma posed nicely

This was in 4' of water with kids splashing around. I never got a good picture, but when I showed him to the kids they were all excited to stick their faces in the water for a look

All-in-all a good day of diving at the bridge

awesome finds CT! the little frog next to the big one is actually the male. THe females are much larger than the males. the black striated frog is incredible
