*Both are great looking wings but the problem is I do not have a Oxycheq dealer in my state. I do however have a diverite dealer. I hate not to support a local dive shop. I like the oxycheq wing the best, but have been reading about broken elbows on there wings, even when new. Which would you pick? thanks

Go with what fits YOU. Everyone has a favorite and you should too. Indulge your whims from time to time, especially on Dive Gear.

The Oxycheq in a NY minute... By the way, I willing to bet a LDS in your vicinity is a dealer but not listed on their website...

I believe all but the largest manufacturers use the same elbows and inflators. Your photo shows a pull-dump on the DiveRite and an elbow on the Oxy. Have you decided which you prefer?

I had to get my 30 Lb Oxy Mark V through an Internet dealer; who gave me good service over the phone, prompt delivery, and a fair price. I chose the Mark V for the narrow profile and the heavy-duty material on the Extreme series.

STA a consideration?

The DR works with and without an STA, not sure about the Oxy. I can't tell from the photo if there are slots to thread the cambands.

Two slots on Oxy also. Are there any wings that won't fit two cam bands?

Do you know that the wing in the photo does not have slots or we just can't see them from the photo? It can be hard to see the cam band slots on a lot of wings.

If there are no slots, can it be used on a single?

That pic is a Halcyon 40lb Evolve doubles wing.

Nope - Halcyon Eclipse Singles wing.

Here's an Evolve 40 Doubles wing. Obvious by the size/shape of the panel.
