Mselenaous and I will be there... she'll be taking a cavern class with Capt Jim Wyatt, should anyone else want to do this.

Well crap. Something came up and Dawn and I have to go out of town that weekend, so we are out. :depressed:

Well, that's a bummer. Make sure you put the dates for the Fall MegaDive in INK! :)

Man next weekend can't get here fast enough.

Hey everyone, I haven't posted in forever. Wish I could come but work is finally picking up. Plan on doing the vortex spring dive. Hope everyone has as much fun as I had in the past.

I am going to do a quick dive at Ginnie this evening. I'll try to get a water temp reading in the river. (SMILE)

Temps here now are in the mid 80's just about every day now.

Tanx!

Does any one know if the river is clear for diving that weekend?:D

I'll take a peek at the river this evening and let you know. (SMILE)

Thanks!
Jean

P.S. There is always going to be some tanic in it. Just the nature of the game.

Boy I'm looking forward to this. Getting geared up to camp with my Boy Scout Troop, with 3-6 inches of fresh snow on the ground.

I want to get warm and wet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) River is pretty tanic over by Devil's Ear. Didn't get down the shoreline too much because there were some campers setting up over in Turkey Roost.

2) Spring temp: 72F (computer temp)
3) River temp: 72F (computer temp)

Noticed almost no difference (temp wise) between the spring water over by the Ear and the river water about 20 feet away from the Ear in da rivah. (SMILE)

Now the visibility , that's another story (EEK)

Tanx!
