With the untold millions that you have already earned from owning the Board, why haven't you formed your own scuba certification agency yet? You could call it PA2TEE which could stand for "Professional Association 2 Teach Excellent Endeavors", but of course you and I both know that it would mean "Pump Another $2 To Elena's Esquire".
And, you wouldn't necessarily have to just take money for your outstanding range of courses, although having someone put a frozen turkey in your PA2TEE might be a bit of a stretch unless it's around Thanksgiving.
