Family trip to Disney ends Wednesday March 2. I'll be alone March 3-6 and want to do a scuba tour or 2.

In the Orlando area but willing to drive wherever diving will be best, even far south if needed.

Ideal would be Friday night dive & Saturday Morning dive. Sunday night flight so need to be done by Sat. afternoon.

Where should I dive?

Thanks for the suggestions!

When does the spring break rush happen? I think you'll miss the peak, which happens while I'm at Disney 2nd half of March.

It's not as "regular" as the summer, but that's true for all of Florida unless you're a cave diver. :D :D :D

If you get to go out, the diving will be stellar. Almost always is. If you like a longer trek, come visit us in the Keys.

Boynton is good but Jupiter is also a good choice if you want to see big critters like sharks, goliath grouper and turtles. I like Jupiter Dive Center. Capt Sl8er is also well thought of by many SB folks. Jupiter is just a bit closer to Orlando than Boynton but not much.

Watch the NOAA marine forecast website and if looks like conditions will be too rough, you can drive to Williston and dive at Devils Den and/or Blue Grotto. Both are easy fresh water spring feed caverns. Also note that you can dive in Epcot's Living Seas aquarium: that might be fun to do when your family is around so they can watch you from the observation windows

Hey Jeditdog. If you decide to try the Jupiter/ WPB area, high tide at the Blue Heron Bridge is 4:16 Friday and 5:18 Saturday.
