It basically says that the vis is great after 10m in the lake of Zurich !

And the Swiss don't want to share that information with us, Libyans???

:rofl3:

Maybe there's some rare informations strictly for swiss on this website.

It's in german though, so I wouldn't know :eyebrow::acclaim:

Different people read different things :)

I read it as: For most of my divetime tonight i will have bad / very bad visibility. :rant:

As you can see it is really confidential information. Maybe we will loose some tourists if they see these visibilities :rofl3:

No, the visibility is good below 10 (in reality ~15m). But most of my divetime will be in the 5-10m range

Yep below, not beyong. Bad use of english.

But still, the visibility is good when you go deep enough.

Here it's the contrary, great vis at 5 to 10m then it's bad.

Perhaps that's where the Swiss hide their money :)

I have been there a million times. I walk by the lake in both directions when I am done with meetings in the late afternoon. I should look more carefully when I am there. I NEVER had any intention or even a fantasy of diving there at all in all of the decades I traveled and stayed there. I am sure that there are other lakes with better visibility and more inviting to dive than this one in Switzerland.

Cool, thanks! That's one worry about moving out of the way :)

Now I just need to pass my IE before the end of my notice period :p

I dived in lake Geneva a couple of times... Not bad viz, got lucky, I guess... Never dived in Zurich though, so can't compare.
