A bright yellow wrasse in the Gulf of Mexico off Tampa Bay?

Saw this guy while diving yesterday. I have not seen this species here before. I know some of our wrasses are yellow as juveniles, but I think the yellow headed wrasse has a blue stripe as a juvenile. What do you think? Anyone know the species? I'd guess it was about 4 inches and of course did a sand dive when I got real close with my mask mounted video camera.

Juvenile Bluehead Wrasse (Thalassoma bifasciatum) are bright yellow, check those out and see if they match.

I think you're right. It doesn't have the blue spot on the dorsal fin, but it appears to be in it's initial phase. Those two characteristics threw me off. Thanks.
