I just mean that there may be, and probably is IMO, more than one contributory reason for their decision to shut down. We're splitting hairs here. If my aunt had wheels she'd be a bicycle.SCC may well treat its employees well and take all precautions to protect their safety, but if they had customers - they would be open, whatever it'd take.
