I've been bitten by the shiny regulator bug.

How did that happen?

God-damn the pusher man. mm-hmm

I might have a number of 1085 seconds of varying vintage and condition that I'd let go for about what I have in them....

None are actually a "Conshelf XIV", but they haven't changed in many iterations.
PM me and I'll send pics with the differences and specifics of what I have, if you'd like.
Respectfully,
James

I probably have access to two or three. Getting both primary and Octo seconds may be a challenge, but I think it can be done. How scratch-free are you looking for?

I am only looking for the second stage. no 1st and no octo. I am going to run it on my legend 1st stage with hog backup. Don't need scratchless but def something better than "bounced around in the back of the pickup".

Good lord. So that's where they all are.

I'm new to all this retro stuff. What's the difference between the 1085 and 14's?

1085 is the basic AL metal second stage... the XIV second is a 1085... but so is the Calypso, Aquarius, and all the Conshelfs up to and including XIV. As Lex says, it's the sticker that changes. Early ones have a smaller exhaust valve, and a screw on exhaust T. Mid range has the larger exhaust with screw on T... newer is 2 different types of slip on T.

Stand by, I'll unscrew the back of a couple and post a pic in a minute.
