Could you guys post a picture of the E6000 you use? I have found a few to buy where I live but I'm not sure they are all the same.

Thanks!

I don't have a pic of it but it comes in a grey colored tube, I buy mine from my local Walmart store.

Thanks guys. Would the E6000 work properly to install a QCS on the wirsts and neck?

As Evandro said, it is quite hard to find these glues in Brazil.

Not having done it I can't say yes but if I was unable to find the correct 2-component adhesive E6000 would be my first choice to try. Why not do just one wrist first and see how it works before undertaking the complete job.

When looking for something to glue a pocket on a suit I looked at the E6000 and it doesn’t expressly say waterproof so I went with a gorilla glue that did claim it’s good for that, so far so good.

Check out the website as it does state E6000 is waterproof. I also use Shoe Goo from the same company if I want a thicker product.

This is what I tried, it’s doing fine for the pocket and I patched a hole in my other suit with it using it with a fabric patch.

I don’t know how useful it would be for other projects but it was cheap and is working well, I have aqua seal in a giant tube that I would normally use but I was out at the time and was waiting for it to arrive, now I don’t want to open it without some big project.

It does say Use like E6000:)
Yea, I’m sure it’s all good, I just hadn’t used the E6000, if I was looking now for an alternative with these positive posts I would go with it.

Contact adhesive may work

I've instaled my QCS using aquaseal but AFAIK any urethane based adhesive would work

You may also send it to Celso Pontes who has made a superb work changing my old DUI CNSE zipper, and replacing a broken wrist QCS i myself installed some 10 years ago
