Anyone dive these areas before, if so did you find and areas can you recommend? Moores Island is along the NE side of Northwest Providence Channel about 35 miles SE of East End, Grand Bahama. Seems out of the way and interesting. Hole in the Wall is at the south end of Great Abaco Island.

Thanks!

Mores Island is about 5 nm up on the bank so nothing but sand around it but there is diving along from the barrier reef to the dropoff from Mcleans Town to the Southwest tip of Abaco. We haven't been to Hole in the Wall though.

Thanks! Went a couple of weekends ago. It sure is out of the way. There are some massive coral heads off the area but a lot of flat hard and sandy bottom as you say. The folks I was with were looking for fish and loaded up on hogs and grouper in these areas anyway.

We didn't make it over to Hole in the Wall unfortunately. Looks to have some interesting caves/karst features, lots of blue water too. Next time!

Did you ever checkout that bluehole a bit west of McClean's town, around Rocky Point? It is real close to the beach with a strong outflow when we were there. Understand it vacuums in at times however, ouch, want to watch that!
