Emergency Response Diving International has just announced dates and location for the inaugural ERDI-only instructor-trainer workshop for North America.

Dates are August 25 thru 27 in North Carolina. Cost $995. Limited on-site accommodations available.

Graduates from this program will be able to run ERDI instructor-level programs, so this is the perfect "next step" for those Public Safety Dive Team members who currently hold instructor ratings and wish to take their professional credentials up a notch.

Steve......Do you know if there would be much interest in offering the ERDI here in Ontario, or is it more geared to the US.......

Steve......Do you know if there would be much interest in offering the ERDI here in Ontario, or is it more geared to the US.......

ERDI has a global reach although our coverage of the US is more consolidated. One of our senior ERDI instructor-trainers has a leadership role with the Canadian Federal Police (RCMP) dive team, so certainly there are no issues with standards being acceptable cross-border. I imagine the vagaries of PSD are the same the world over, and the programs and standards reflect that... so the simple answer would be yes. Contact me directly for specifics please.
