This will be at our shop from May16th-23. This is for Instructors that want to take the next step into being an Instructor Trainer. Cost is $3,000 plus hotel and expenses. We will be hosting and donating air, necessary equipment, classrooms, pools, etc. Please PM for more info
The Instructor Trainer Workshop is an intensive seven day program that brings you to the highest level of training reached within International Training. You will interact with headquarters staff as well as other industry professional and hear sales and marketing ideas from around the globe. During the course you will get in-depth knowledge of:
* How and why standards are developed
* Interaction with SDI Headquarters
* Evaluation techniques
* Risk management, the legal side of diving, marketing and budgeting of Instructor level courses, evaluating in water performance of Instructor candidates
You will also do a minimum of one session of confined water presentations and evaluations, one session of open water presentations and evaluations. Support materials for the Instructor Trainer include

* IT evaluation slates
* SDI Instructor manual
* TDI Instructor manual
