i hope it is ok to post this question in this section.

can anyone tell me exactly what information this manual contains ? i am ordering some reading materials soon and thought this may be one i would order.
thanks !!

The manual is a primer for the course. If not reading as part of the course you're better off with the Oxygen Hacker book. The TDI book doesn't have many specifics. That was left to the instructor.

so does it deal strictly with o2 related issues ? or is there general repair info on fixing regulators, bcd inflators, tank valves etc ?

Suggest you post in the TDI/SDI/ERDI forum and pose your question there. International Training staff monitor postings and respond with definitive answers.
