Sad news indeed. Have to agree with Nadwidny that speculation doesn't do anything but piss people off. If theres anything to learn from I'm sure it will be forthcoming when the investigation has been completed.

I went through the same experiance in Mexico last December, I also found it to be a bit strange seen as it was never discussed in the pre dive plan.:confused:

Can multiple dives at altitude in cold water be a reason for post dive headaches ? I only get headaches on cold water altitude dives. The headaches don't last very long and a Advil usually does the trick. I did have nasty nasal colds a few weeks before the dives.

They knew nothing of any codes to give out. I learned by diving on computer, was'nt hard at all. I'm going back to that dive shop soon as I plan to have computer moved from console to wrist. It would have been nice to use simulator as I'm currently in a Nitrox course as well.

I find that after doing courses when we are going up and down alot I tend to have headache after the day of diving, but it only lasts maybe a hour. When doing regular dives that don't alter depths up & down I don't feel any headaches. I do find to be a shallow breather at times so maybe its a...

I had just purchased the Black ice dry suit myself. Did drysuit certification coarse this past weekend in a local lake here in Alberta, and at 39F I was very comfy in it. A great suit that I hope serves me well for years to come. :)

I just love these fins, very smooth kicks & super comfort. Paid $150 Canadian for them up north here, have seen them as high as $190. Well worth the cost I highly recommend them. ;)
