We dive from a 27' pontoon boat. Plenty of room for our gear, tanks, etc. Easy to get on and off from. We normally take it to Beaver Lake in Arkansas...sometimes Bull Shoals or Ouachita Lakes.

The line directly to the sailboat is west of the one that you found and at a depth of about 35'. With the lake being so high I'm sure it is deeper than that now though. We just got back from Beaver Lake and the visibility is clearing up...still dark down deep but getting better all the time.

Actually, there are already two lines going down to the sailboat (one goes directly to it).... then on down from the sailboat there is a concrete alligator, even more beyond that.... Pretty cool.

Much deeper than 70'...we've been to 110' and it still goes down from there. Great diving!

My husband and I got our AOW in September and logged our 181st dive. For 2008 we have a dive trip planned to Cozumel in March and then several lake dives during the summer. We dive Beaver Lake in Arkansas as often as possible....would also like to improve my underwater photography!
