Long time reader and backseater here. This remembers me too much of the time "we" lost Lynne.
Though i don`t know Cam in person i read a lot of his comments over the years.
I know he helped so many people out there, and now it`s our time to help find him.
Cameron is that one kind of a person...
A friend of mine who is italien and how should i say... is kinda short-tempered by nature  has some issues with one foot resulting from working as a waiter for years. Everytime we go diving together i can observe a calmness and inner freedom never seen in him while he is on dry land...
I don`t think it`s an issue with the SJ itself, though i never owned one. I have seen such footage from a friend who bought cheap filters for his gopro.
Good quality filters are thin and very clear. Cheap filters are more like a thick piece of plastic. If you got one of those... throw it in the...
First of all... get rid of your mask mount . You most likely wont be able to get steady footage while pointing in the right direction.
Get a pole or maybe better a tray. I use a pole and won`t be changing that because thats what i bought first (cheaper) and won`t shell out more money...
I hope this one might help you. I tried to show it slowly so anybody can follow.
It`s perfectly adjustable so you can change size from skindiving to diving with drysuit and gloves in matter of seconds.
Works like charm and i still dive the first set of bungees for over a year now (salt and...
I will be at the Boot Show in Duesseldorf at Saturday. I will try to get some more infos on that... pricing etc.
It seams that they already managed to put it in a smaller wrist device.
Please bear in mind that these are not my photos!
These where taken by Piotr Czernik. Thank you.
As suggested use a DC with bunggee mounts or try replacing the strap from existing one.
If you use my method to attach bungees you will be able to adjust to any size of wrist. Also very helpful if you change suits like drysuits with glove system and different undergarments often.
Enjoy
Given the fact that your tank pressure went back up during ascent i would assume that your tank valve was not in full open position first. Did you check that?
Hi Ross, i use Hollis M1`s. Fairly big nose pocket and super comfortable to wear. Low volume and you can fold it flat wich makes it perfect for a backup mask to stow away in leg pockets. I guess i will never buy another mask brand again. It`s a bit pricey though. Greetings C.
Just make yourself own adjustable bungee straps that fit you as i show here.
Particularly useful if you switch from wet to drysuits with glove system often :)
Now you got to learn how to hold the camera straight and steady.
Also the vids are a bit long. Guess i just got seasick from watching parts of it
Nice divesites though.
As it`s all been said...
DON`T use any of those cheap filters out there. You most likely won`t get any good results out of them. I`ve seen some that work but that`s a gamble. Just stay away from them.
DON`T use lights while filming while the filter is on.
BE at appropriate depth for the filter...
As mentioned earlier i also would suggest to travel to Egypt/Red Sea, even if this might be half way around the globe for you, but there you most likely have the chance for dolphins encounters in their natural habitat.
Just stay away from those cattle boat tours and book some serious dive...
My guess would be that they are just doubles put into a fancy "streamlined" cover with some kind of bcd hidden under it.
Too many bubbles for a rebreather ;)The tube on the left side of it might be the inflator.
Simply love how this guy lights up his cigarette with pleasure over the ocean map...
