All your doing is lifting your arm to your shoulder and turning a valve 1.5-3 times. 10 seconds should be a doddle. I can do it in 6 ;-)

This subject always stirs up lots of emotions, and no doubt will turn into another long debate. The most common answer is that a manifold allows you to have access to the gas in BOTH cylinders in the event of a regulator failure. :popcorn:
