I was looking at the Dux wings and they seem to be of good quality and was considering purchasing a wing with a listed lift capacity of 17L; can someone out there tell me what the lift equals in pounds? I was also considering the 14L wing; lift capacity in pounds? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have been looking into taking an Intro to Tek/Fundamentals/Essentials class to nail down the basic skills that are required to advance into more technical diving. From doing some reading here I know that if I wanted to take further classes from GUE I would have to have taken the Fundamentals...

Hey Stargost, just wondering, when you dive in your 7mm wetsuit with the HP100 how much lead do you use? I was considering gitting a similar set up but wasn't sure if the rig would float at the surface with only 20# lift. TIA

I picked up a Scubapro MK 16 first stage as a back up recently and I noticed when setting it up that it had a couple of ports labled: HFP LP. What are these ports for; primary second stage, octo, BC LP inflator hose? There are two ports with this labling. Thanks in advance for the info. :confused:

The console can actually be missing the depth gauge since I have a puck computer I will be installling in it. I'm in the SoCal area so local pick up would be great!
