1954 USD Rene steel 72

I just acquired an old galv. Steel 72. US Divers Broxton address, also stamped RENE. Original Hydro 7/54 with new hydro's in 60, 65,72,79, and 1988. Pipe thread J valve marked 9-55. Tank is a battle worn pale yellow color over galv. Does anyone know if this could have possibly been a factory paint job?

Too bad these old tanks can't talk. Would love to hear where its been and about its trek from LA to Minnesota.
