I don't use that site, but if an image has an IMG code or maybe a BB code, that should work.
There are a few other ways to embed pics but that's the easiest. It is nice if the pic is not more than 640 wide as SB does not yet have auto sizing limits.

This Flickr image works.... you just have to put the image in IMG brackets.
(photobucket provides these already complete for you.
take the pic URL.
http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2304/2454893558_9dec1bde4b.jpg?v=0
and put in [img]http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2304/2454893558_9dec1bde4b.jpg?v=0[/img]
and you get

Temporarily disabling codes, if you use this....

Re-enabling codes...
And post it, you get this...
In other words, if you use those IMG codes before and after the url of you pic on a pic hosting site like Flickr, the board system here shows the pic.
If you use Photobucket, you can load the pics there with an auto size limit of 640 wide and it will give you IMG type codes already to use. But you can make Flickr urls work. I do hope your pics are no more than 640 wide as SB does not yet have auto reducing I don't think...
