Okay so I have a NEX 5N with Nauticam housing and 1 YS-D1 Strobe.
Is it more beneficial to have 2 strobes (another D1) or 1 Strobe and a focus light? Wide angle and macro alike, have no preference one over the other. Just like my pictures to have color rather then be blue :)

2 Strobes for Wide angle or 2 Strobe + 1 forcus light for Macro, your dive will more enjoyable.

Agree with the above another strobe would be my choice. Takes a little while to get dialed in with two strobes but once you do you will be happy. There are plenty of inexpensive focus lights for shooting stills (Focus/Video Lights :: Focus Lights :: Nano Focus Light -), you can always upgrade to a better video/focus/night dive light later.
