Just ordered a 20 CUft Pony kit. anyone know the buoyancy characteristics of this ? Positive punds full v neg empty ?? Just trying to figure out what to do with my weighting as a guide for first time I dive it.

Cheers

They are roughly 1.5 negative when full. The valve and regulator will effect this slightly. You shouldn't even notice it in the water..

+1 What he said. Slightly negative full, use it and its pretty much neutral. You can use it or pass it off to another diver without it seriously affecting your buoyancy.

Thanks for the info guys. I dove it this weekend and it performed just like you indicated.

A great piece of kit.
Thanks

I counter-balanced mine with 2# on the opposite side of my weight belt. I did experience some mild torque before I did that.
