Changing your excercise can be good, muscle confusion is a widely excepted theory in muscle training. The problem with it is if you build muscle, add weight. Sooo, it is entirly possible you are losing fat, but still putting on weight because you are working out to hard. Counting calories, as much as you don't want to do it, is a very important part of weight loss. If you were to eat 1000-1200 calories per day, very low or no simple carbs, with your cardio routine you would have to lose weight.
I don't mean to sound like a know it all or a jenny craig commercial, but this isn't my first dance as a fat man. I've used my same system to get to 200lbs from 230, 275, and now 340. Yeah I know I'm a yoyo. my problem is getting to my goal, getting to happy, and letting things go back to the way they were. I like to eat.
Jenny..I usually don't share my plan, but if you want to know the way I do it, pm me.
