Hi ScubaBoard Buddies :D

The long-awaited 2nd Annual Cajun Invasion is finally here. We arrived in Key Largo on Saturday and found that the house we have rented is pretty amazing. The diving is not too shabby either...we have had a great couple of days diving so far.

I had the privilege of celebrating my 500th dive with the gang at Rainbow Reef Dive Center on Sunday. They made it such a special time for me! Had to celebrate a little:

congratulations! are you wearing just a skin? are you nuts or maybe just a hormonal issue! I occasionally was chilled wearing a 3MM full suit with a 3/5MM hooded vest last week(maybe I have issues!!). winds decrease to 10kts or < wed thru sat. nice home, great location!!!

Reefman, the Benwood Wreck was our very first dive. The glass minnows were EVERYWHERE! I got some great video, but haven't had time to even look at it much yet. I'm sure if you go back Thursday there will be even MORE of them :D This congregation is even larger than the one we observed on the Benwood a couple of years ago.

And yes...I am diving in a skin. Not once have I felt so much as a chill. I'd say it's a hormonal thing, but hubby is doing the same. But so far we've only done two morning dives each day and then hung out with family and friends to play afterwards. Thursday we're diving the Spiegel Grove in the morning and going back out for the afternoon dive. Maybe by then I'll grab my 3 mil shorty :D

IT'S ALMOST GUMBO TIME!!!
