6am before the lights go on in Bob's Studio. You can almost make out the working master model on the table for a new size Flying Force Fin.
 

Newly arrived SD1 Military Force Fin Force Fin SD1 - Military: Force Fin

This run is for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Without the foot pocket attached you can see the area that is left for customer details as every batch of SD1's has its own personal file.

These fins still have to go through 4 quality controls stages, the flash trimmed, pour sprouts cut, holes drilled and foot pockets laced up - all by hand.
 
I take some Force Fin product every where.
I start my new job today and have my SD-1 Military Fins ready to go.
