Account Upgrades, is there a preferred way to do this?

    # of Dives: 200 - 499
    Location: Northern Delaware or the New Jersey Turnpike
    I noticed that my ScubaBoard Supporter status is gone. No surprise, I routinely kill my card. what you have on file will most probably be useless next year too. Ongoing problem.

    I got a notice from PayPal that you got paid. (This Monday?) No joy, still not red.

    Should I have notified you? Or maybe more to the point, what is your preferred method for dealing with 'bad' cards?
