Greetings from Koh Tao's Safety Stop Pub. I find it amazing that on a little island in the Gulf of Thailand you have broadband and at home in the US, only 15miles from Truckee I have a hard time getting dial-up!

Anyway, I was reading Michael Aw's latest how to book on UW photography. Tells that HMI lights work well for spot emphasis of subjects. He says, min 24W. Any ideas on a good, small, light-weight HMI light, which won't break the bank? it should serve as a dive-light as well. thx
