I was looking for airfare on expedia for our trip to Bonaire. On Delta I found a flight that was only $490 r/t per person. Last week it was $750! I found it is much cheaper to fly to Curacao and then take a hopper from DAE airlines for $130 r/t.

Another option between Curacao and Bonaire is Divi-Divi Air.

The planes are smaller than DAE but they are more forgiving about your bags being overweight. DAE is not.

Divi-Divi will usually just put your bags on the next flight (usually an hour or two later).

If you get there early enough you can even sit next to the pilot :)

wsims,

For some reason, all of the airlines are coming up with amazing last minute fares. A friend told me about a site called Yapta - Track Airfares, Save Money It actually keeps an eye out if pricing changes on flights you want, or have booked. We used it on flights on American and the price actually went down after we purchased and we were issued a refund.

Liz
