Lots of cameras and lighting can take pictures of that quality--but not many photographers.

They certainly are Scott Gietler's pics. Mostly with a Nikon D300 in a Sea and Sea housing with Inon z240 strobes. Scott is in Africa right now so he probably isn't looking at scubaboard much. But as others have said it isn't the camera it is the photographer.
